3 tbsp Ghee
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Cardomom powder
1 tsp almondette seeds (chironji)
1 tsp Almonds
1/2 cup Sugar
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add peeled & grated beetroots.
- Cover and cook until half done.
- Then add milk, sugar and rest other ingredients.
- cook till the milk evaporates.
- Check the consistency and adjust the sugar if you like more sweet.
- Serve hot.
