Ingredients

  • 2 Beetroot

  • 3 tbsp Ghee

  • 2 cups Milk

  • 1 tsp Cardomom powder

  • 1 tsp almondette seeds (chironji)

  • 1 tsp Almonds

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add peeled & grated beetroots.
  • Cover and cook until half done.
  • Then add milk, sugar and rest other ingredients.
  • cook till the milk evaporates.
  • Check the consistency and adjust the sugar if you like more sweet.
  • Serve hot.
