Ingredients
1 big bowl cauli flower approx 250 grams
6 Garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp cumin-coriander powder
salt to taste
1 medium sized tomato
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp curry leaves powder
pinch of asafoetida
some green garlic
coriander leaves for garnishing
Directions
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a vessel
- add one big bowl cauli flower to it
- till then let’s masala paste in a mixture jar.
take 6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp cumin-coriander poweder, salt to taste and 1 medium sized tomato - Fry cauliflower till half done. Take it out in a bowl
- Now in the same pan add asafoetida and the prepared masala paste
- saute till the oil seperates
- add some water and fried cauliflower in it
- cook for 5 minutes
- add curry leave powder and some green garlic powder
- garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti/paratha.
