Ingredients

  • 1 cup Curd

  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Chaat masala

  • 1/4 tsp Rock Salt

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds powder

  • Half Cucumber

  • 1/4 cup Onion

  • 1/4 cup Tomato

  • 2 tbsp Capsicum

  • 1/2 tbsp Mint leaves

  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take Curd Whisk well.
  • Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Add vegetables of your choice and mix well.
  • Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and sprinkle some more roasted cumin seeds powder and serve with pulao or paratha.
