1 cup Curd
1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1/4 tsp Rock Salt
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds powder
Half Cucumber
1/4 cup Onion
1/4 cup Tomato
2 tbsp Capsicum
1/2 tbsp Mint leaves
1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Directions
- Take Curd Whisk well.
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add vegetables of your choice and mix well.
- Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and sprinkle some more roasted cumin seeds powder and serve with pulao or paratha.
