3 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
5 tsp Jaggery (I used desi gur)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Pinch of Black Pepper powder
4 tsp Ghee
Directions
- Mix Dry Ginger powder, Turmeric powder and Black pepper powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add Jaggery. (Use soft Jaggery. That can be mashed with hands)
- Add 2 tsp Ghee. (I used homemade ghee. You can use cow ghee as well)
- Mix and gradually add 2 tsp Ghee and form a laddoo.
- Take 1/2 tsp Mixture from it and make small ball.
- Similarly make other balls.
- Store it in an airtight stainless steel container at room temperature.
- Consume it first in the morning on an empty stomach and at night before going to bed.
