Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Dry Ginger Powder

  • 5 tsp Jaggery (I used desi gur)

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • Pinch of Black Pepper powder

  • 4 tsp Ghee

Directions

  • Mix Dry Ginger powder, Turmeric powder and Black pepper powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Add Jaggery. (Use soft Jaggery. That can be mashed with hands)
  • Add 2 tsp Ghee. (I used homemade ghee. You can use cow ghee as well)
  • Mix and gradually add 2 tsp Ghee and form a laddoo.
  • Take 1/2 tsp Mixture from it and make small ball.
  • Similarly make other balls.
  • Store it in an airtight stainless steel container at room temperature.
  • Consume it first in the morning on an empty stomach and at night before going to bed.
