Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Coffee powder

  • 3 small cinnamon sticks

  • 6 cloves

  • 10-12 mint leaves

  • 6-7 black peppercorns

  • Pink Salt to taste

  • Lemon Juice as per taste

  • 1.5 inch grated Ginger

Directions

  • Take 1 glass water in a vessel and allow it to heat.
  • Add grated Ginger, Mint leaves, Coarse powdered cinnamon, cloves and black peppercorns.
  • Add coffee powder and pink salt.
  • Boil it till 60% of water remains
  • Strain with a strainer in a cup.
  • Lastly add Lemon juice as per the taste.
