1 cup Grated Coconut
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardomom powder
Pinch of Saffron colour
- In a pan add milk and sugar, allow the sugar to dissolve.
- Add pinch of saffron colour and cardomom powder.
- Now add grated coconut.
- Allow the mixture to dry.
- Check the consistency as shown in the video.
- Set in a greased plate.
- Allow it to set for atleast 2 hours.
- You can add khoya or malai for rich creamy taste.
